In 1993, the town of Rehoboth was turning 350 years old and asked Doug Kelley to help prepare the DRRHS marching band to perform in a parade to celebrate the anniversary.
More than three decades later, his impact on the school and thousands of students in nearby towns is immeasurable.
He formally retires from DRRHS as the athletic director in early September and we want to bring as many people together as possible to thank him for his contributions and congratulate him on his retirement.
